Boomtown Bobbies Stage
We were invited to provide the lighting setup for the Boomtown Bobbies stage during Chapter 2: The Twin Trials. The clients outlined their brief, which included specific requirements such as flashing red and blue pars to simulate police sirens, moving heads to sweep above the crowd, and moving heads with preset positions to interact with the mirror ball.
Before proceeding, we previsualized the entire setup to ensure it aligned with the client's expectations. After receiving approval, we conducted a risk assessment to guarantee safety standards were met. Prior to arriving on site, we had the showfile completed to expedite setup time. Upon arriving at the site, we promptly began rigging the lighting equipment and ensured the showfile was complete and easy to operate for the clients.
Once the setup was complete, we handed over operation to the clients, ensuring they were fully briefed on how to manage the lighting throughout the event. Our attention to detail and thorough preparation ensured a seamless and visually stunning experience for all attendees.
