Laser and Projection Mapping

We specialize in producing laser and logo mapping projects for our clients. Below are some examples of our work, working with our clients to create captivating visual displays. Explore these projects to see how our precise and creative approach can enhance your event.

The Stomp Project

The client requested the logos of the performing artists to be projected behind them using lasers during their sets. To achieve this, we utilized the Beyond software to create the logos, ensuring precise projection of all details. We deployed two Tarm 2.5 FB4's with distributed scanning enabled for this application, optimizing for the relatively short projection distance. Utilizing two projectors helps minimize strain on the scanners and achieve the desired effects without flickering or overscanning. We then layered color, position, and dimmer effects to create a unique visual effect according to the client's specifications.

Given the nature of projecting lasers behind individuals on stage, the DJ riser was positioned towards the front of the stage, allowing ample space for a cordoned-off area on the back half of the stage. This measure was implemented to prevent any potential interference within the projection zone, thereby mitigating the risk of harm to the DJs and crew.

Submission Audio

The client wanted their logo banner to be mapped for a sound system clash; this was very simple as it mainly consisted of straight lines and therefore could be achieved with one laser unit.

Lost Track of Time

We were asked to laser project the brand's logo for their event in Motion Bristol. This involved producing the logo as a laser graphic, ensuring that the logo was projected with a decent point density so that intricate effects could be layered on top. As it was client-operated, the effects were all bpm time-aligned and audio-reactive, making the operation as hands-off and easy as possible.

Disorder

The client requested that their artwork be laser-mapped for use as promotional material for an upcoming event. To achieve this, we utilized Pangolin BEYOND software alongside two Tarm 2.5 FB4 lasers, implementing a distributed scanning technique.

Kyber Drop 2023

For the 2023 edition of the event, we deployed a single 2.5w laser to handle the laser mapping of the central piece of the dance stage. This laser was meticulously calibrated to map the key visual elements onto the stage, creating a captivating focal point for the audience. The central piece was designed to be the heart of the visual experience, and by utilizing precise laser mapping, we were able to enhance its impact, bringing dynamic animations and vibrant colors to make the decor come to life. This created an immersive, cutting-edge atmosphere that was both visually stunning and in tune with the energetic flow of the event.
